TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning the artist for personal, commercial, or merchandise purposes, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Terms of Service stated below:

  • Payment Policy — 50% upfront payment is required before work starts, with the remaining 50% paid after sketch approval. Refunds are limited once work has begun.

  • Refund Policy — Refunds are only given under certain conditions, such as inability to finish the commission or major delays without communication.

  • Mode of Payment — Payments are accepted through GCash & PayPal.

  • Turnaround Time — Commissions usually take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity, workload, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Reference Requirement — Clients must provide clear references to avoid inaccuracies in the artwork.

  • Revisions — Up to 3 sketch revisions are allowed, while major changes after approval may cost extra or be rejected.

  • Rights & Usage — Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed separately; AI/NFT usage is STRICTLY prohibited.

  • Queue System — Slots are confirmed only after the down payment and are handled first come, first served.

  • Communication Policy — Clients should respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays or cancellation.
